Refund policy

Every Corinthian wallet is printed and assembled to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, including choosing the wrong colour or design.

If your order arrives faulty, we will make it right. This includes misprinted artwork, print misalignment, damage in transit, manufacturing defects, or receiving the wrong item. Contact us at [email] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund. You will not be asked to return the faulty item.

We cannot offer refunds or replacements where an incorrect delivery address was provided at checkout. If you notice an address error, contact us immediately and we will correct it if the order has not yet entered production.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, including that products are of acceptable quality and match their description. Customers outside Australia retain any statutory rights that apply in their jurisdiction.
