Harmanus Uppink — Still Life with Flowers (1789)

Painted in 1789 by the Dutch artist Harmanus Uppink and signed by him at the lower left, a full bouquet of tulips, carnations, roses, poppies and irises set against a shadowed landscape with a distant arch. Held today by the Rijksmuseum, Amsterdam, and released into the public domain.

Set onto the wallet from the museum's own open-access file, the bouquet carried across the face against its dark ground.
